Nayro Angelo Lopes de Oliveira. Born in Belo Horizonte in 1974. Began capoeira in May 1989 under Mestre Rey at Centro de Capoeira Regional Morro de Santana. Formed in the era of Grupo Artes das Gerais, later training in Porto de Minas under Professor Marcelinho. Arrived in Europe in 1998. Founded Companhia Pernas Pro Ar in Belo Horizonte in 2000 — now an internationally active group with affiliates across Poland and beyond.
Advanced capoeirista and professional sports coach with over 25 years of practice. Has travelled the world teaching and learning. Currently oversees Companhia Pernas Pro Ar across Poland — multiple cities and affiliated groups. A constant traveller, teacher, event organiser, and capoeira ambassador.

There are plenty of options including hotels, Airbnbs, and bed and breakfasts. While staying closer is ideal, if a hotel is 20–30 minutes away, you can easily take a bus that leaves you at the door of the training center or an Uber. If costs are split between four people, an Uber is almost as cheap as the bus.
London is almost entirely cashless. Use your contactless card for everything — coffee, groceries, transport. There is generally no need to exchange cash beforehand.
